Rack of lamb shish kebab was prepared by my friend @PECHI ALEKSAN according to the recipe of nomads, shepherd's shish kebab without marinating! All ingredients are applied to the meat only during the cooking process. Lamb shish kebab turned out very tasty and juicy!
I cooked a recipe in a cauldron on a fire, The dish is called Rabbit in Chinese.
To prepare the Chinese Rabbit dish, I used the following ingredients,
Recipe:
1) Rabbit ( I used three rabbits)
2) Sunflower oil 500 gr.
3) Ginger 50 grams.
4) Garlic 4 cloves.
5) Onion 3 pieces.
6) Hot pepper 1 pc.
7) Sweet pepper 3 pcs.
8) Tomato 3 pcs.
9) Soy sauce 100 ml.
10) Butter 100 gr.
11) Sour cream 200250 gr.
12) Dill and parsley. (greens optional)
Spices to taste:
Turmeric.
Red pepper.
Paprika.
Black pepper (optional)
Salt.
Add vegetables 35 minutes before cooking.

Meat Sauce Recipe:
150 grams of ayran or (Yoghurt, sour cream, neutral yogurt)
Garlic 2 cloves.
Salt.
Pepper red and black.
Greens to taste.
