I chased in northern Illinois on this day one year ago. Thirteen (fortunately all small and relatively weak) tornadoes touched down in and near the Chicago metro area. These two occurred concurrently near Plato Center/Campton Hills, with the larger/northern one on the left tracking for 11 miles into the area roughly on the border between Elgin and South Elgin. It was rated EF1, the closer but smaller tornado on the right was rated EF0 by NWS Chicago.

I was only able to get this brief glimpse from Silver Glen Road (turning right/east off of Corron Road in the GoPro view as the video begins), as the road became solidly lined with trees blocking the view to the north.
