The Gospel of Matthew reminds us about the power of our faith. This Gospel tells the story of the leper and his faith. He believed that Jesus could heal him and make him clean. With his faith, Jesus cleansed him with His healing power. He also welcomed the leper in His presence, despite his sickness, outcasting him in society. Our faith in God can both heal us and give us peace, making us part of His family in heaven.
