So my camera's wind screen isn't great and I should really get a better mic. Anyway, over late winter/early spring we took down our rickety swingset and I dug up most of the grass and weeds.

Because we planted mostly native perennials, it may not look like much now but oh, baby, is it gonna be LUSH in the coming years!

And, yes, a big factor in this makeover is the already established vines along the fence leafing out, but even taking that off the table it's a big change and our backyard is just so much more pleasant now!
