In this conversation with Anupama Chopra, Kamal Haasan and S. Shankar, both actor and director of Hindustani 2 (Indian 2,) talk in detail about the film’s world. They throw light upon how old Mr. Haasan’s character Senapathy would now be, in the film, and what motivates them to telling such an extravagant yet rooted story 28 years after the release of its prequel. They talk about what they admire most about each other, the use of prosthetics, and breaking the film down to two parts. We then hear them drop hints on a couple of their future projects as well.
