For Batter: (Soak for 1/2 hrs and then grind)
1 Cup Raw Rice
1 Cup Boiled Rice
1 Cup Urad Dal
1/2 tsp Fenugreek
Saute:
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp grounded Pepper Powder
1 tsp Dried Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
Cashew Nut 10
Curry Leaves
Oil
1 tsp Musturd Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal (Optional)
