Yes I called the cops when they pulled the property pin. Because I didn't call screaming like a mad woman they failed to show up. They called but told me they couldn't do anything.

Yes I have no trespassing signs. I also have a sign that says 24hr video surveillance and even one that says “Thank you for noticing this new notice. Your noticing it has been noted and will be reported to the authorities.” but my girlfriend wont let me put it up. She has a better sense of control than I do.
