Karolina Bielawska represented Lódz at Miss Polonia 2019 and won the title, making her a candidate for Miss World 2020 in Poland. Due to the COVID19 outbreak, Miss World 2020 has been canceled. She defended her Miss World Poland 2021 title at the CocaCola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she represented Poland at Miss World 2021. She won the competition on March 16, 2022.
