Katla Bhapa

Fish marination
6 piece Kalta( Bengal Crap) Fish / ৬ পিস কাতলা মাছ
Salt to taste / লবণ স্বাদমতো
3 Tsp Yogurt / ৩ চা চামচ দই
2 Tbsp Mustard Oil / ২ টেবিল চামচ সরষের তেল
Prepared Masala / তৈরি করা মশলা

Onion fry
1 medium Onion ( sliced ) / ১ টা মিডিয়াম পিয়াজ ( কুচি )
1 Tbsp Mustard Oil / ১ টেবিল চামচ সরষের তেল

Masala
3 Tsp Poppy Seeds / ৪ চা চামচ পোস্ত
2 Tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds / ৩ চা চামচ সাদা সরষে
1 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds / ১ চা চামচ কালো সরষে
3 Tsp Grated Coconut / ৩ চা চামচ নারকেল কোরা
Fried Onion / ভাজা পিয়াঁজ
5 nos. Green Chillies / ৫ টা কাঁচা লঙ্কা
1/2 cup Water / ১/২ কাপ জল

Cooking
23 Tbsp Mustard Oil / ২৩ টেবিল চামচ সরষের তেল
½ Tsp Cumin seeds / ½ চা চামচ জিরে
1 broken Dry Red Chilli / ১ টা শুকনো লঙ্কা
Marinated Fish / ম্যারিনেট করে রাখা মাছ
Remaining Marination / বেঁচে যাওয়া মারিনেসন
1 Cup Water / ১ কাপ জল
4 nos. Green Chillies / ৪ টে কাঁচা লঙ্কা
1 Tsp Sugar / ১ চা চামচ চিনি
2 nos. Green Chilli / ২ টো কাঁচা লঙ্কা
1 Tbsp Mustard Oil / ১ টেবিল চামচ সরষের তেল
