Mach Recipe Ingredients
১ কেজি কাতলা মাছ / 1 KG katla fish
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
২ চা চামচ সরিষার তেল / 2 Tsp Mustard Oil
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
২.৫ চা চামচ কালো সরিষা / 2.5 tsp black mustard seeds
১.৫ চা চামচ হলুদ সরিষা / 1.5 tsp yellow mustard seeds
৭৮ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 78 pieces of Green Chili
৫ টি শুকনো লঙ্কা / 5 Ea Whole Red Chili
২০ গ্রাম রসুন / 20g Garlic
২০ গ্রাম আদা / 20g Ginger
১ চা চামচ গোটা গোলমরিচ / 1 Tsp whole Black Pepper
১ চা চামচ জিরা / 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
২ চা চামচ গোটাধনে / 2 tsp whole coriander seeds
১/২ চা চামচ গোটা মৌরি / 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
জল / Water
৩ টি টমেটো / 3 Ea Tomato
জল / Water
৩ টি আলু / 3 Ea Potato
১৫০ মিলি সরিষার তেল / 150 Ml Mustard Oil
হলুদ গুঁড়ো ও নুন / Turmeric Powder & salt
১/২ চা চামচ কালোজিরা / 1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
১ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কা গুঁড়ো / 1 Tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
