This past December, I took my mother on a 10day adventure to Kauai, Hawaii! I planned a packed itinerary to explore as much of the Hawaiian island possible; from Kapa'a and Poipu to the Napali Coast and Waimea Canyon. We found the best places to eat and best hiking trails in Kauai thanks to local advice from Hawaiian friends on Instagram.
In my humble opinion, these are the best things to do in Kauai!
I want to come back to Kauai again and do the full, 11mile Kalalau trail, and discover more of the Waimea Canyon and Napali Coast. I would also like to return to discover the best beaches in Kauai!
