Υλικά για την κρέμα
1.8 λίτρα φρέσκο αγελαδινό γάλα (πλήρες λιπαρά)
200 ml. κρέμα γάλακτος 35% λιπαρά
140 γρ. κόρν φλάουρ
100 γρ. ρυζάλευρο
300 γρ. ζάχαρη
4 δάκρυα μαστίχας κοπανισμένα με 1 κ.σ. ζάχαρη

βούτυρο αγελάδος για το ταψί

Για την καραμέλα
150 γρ. ζάχαρη άχνη
30 γρ. βούτυρο αγελάδος

Για το γαρνίρισμα
τριμμένο φυστίκι Αιγίνης
