On a coronet from Hawaii back to the USA dragging 6x F16s.

The boom poppet valve has an issue and will not close upon disconnect with the receiver. As a result, there is lots of fuel spray. Luckily, the valve closed after a few moments. However, this happened every time we had a receiver.

With 6x F16s over the water, this could have been problematic in terms of getting enough gas to the receivers as well as enough fuel for the tanker. If it had continued to spray, the receivers risked having to divert.
