Creating consistent characters in Midjourney is tricky there is no perfect way to do it, but there are several popular hacks/methods including:

1. Creating a character sheet of different poses, then collaging the characters onto different backgrounds
2. Using very descriptive prompts with careful attention to hair and accessories.
3. Using the seed of an image to generate similar styles.

This method though, will give you a head start and it's easy! You will still want to prompt your characters to have consistent hair and clothes, but this tool will ensure you get the face right which is the hardest part. At the moment, you are limited to 50 credits a day, so spend them wisely!

Commands:
/SAVEID {Name} {Image} Save the person's face (ID) and give it a name (up to 8 characters)
/LISTID Lists all the faces you have loaded in. (Up to 10 names)
/SETID {Name} Set a particular face as the working ID
/DELID {Name} Delete an ID
/DELALL Deletes all stored IDs
/SWAPID {Name} {Image} Replaces a stored face without changing the name
