Naomi Lopes, who is currently earning her Evening & Weekend MBA at Kellogg, set out to become a better leader when she started her MBA journey. She didn’t realize how quickly she’d be able to put those lessons to use. After a round of layoffs at her technology company, she was placed into a greater managerial role. She was soon responsible for more people, more tasks and more goals. With guidance from the engaged faculty at Kellogg and coursework she could immediately take back to her office, Naomi thrived in her new leadership role.
