Fenugreek seeds  a pinch
Small onion 5 ( medium  )
Grated coconut  2 tbsp
Chilli powder  3 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder  2 pinch
For preparation:
Coconut oil   3 1/2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds  a small pinch  ( 10 nos )
Crushed small onion 6 nos ( medium size)
Crushed  garlic  2 tbsp
Crushed ginger  2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Green chilli  4
Salt
Malabar Tamarind  ( Kudampuli  ) 3 piece
Hot water 1 /2 cup ( 1/4 cup + 1 1/4 cup )
Coconut oil 1 to 2 tsp
