this is just a brief video on the KESTREL 2700 ballistic weather meter, i purchased this to mainly use with my .243 sako centerfire but i have had good success using it with my FAC high power daystate redwolf, it is well made and does exactly what you need it to do, i have previously used strelok pro which is a bloody good app and will get you on target most of the time but the KESTREL 2700 has the advantage of being able to give real time enviromental data such as humidity, air density, and wind speed in one complete package, simply LOAD AND GO your gun profile from the kestrel LINK BALLISTICS APP on your android or apple smart phone and your away.
You must ensure that your data is correct when creating your profile ( muzzle velocity, bullet bc, bullet calibre and weight, zero range )and make sure you do your trajectory validation at as far a range as possible( further than your zero range) to ensure your kestrel is following the correct curve for your chosen projectile.

I validate my .25 daystate redwolf high power at 100 yards and my .243 sako at 500 yards
