I've lost 170 pounds with the Keto Diet and it's been the best lifestyle I've ever lived! I love eating high fat low carb HFLC! Today I show you what I eat in a day to lose weight. I am still on my journey and want to lose around 50 to 60 more pounds. I am happy with where I'm at right now and I am feeling pretty good. So, lets just jump right into it and show you what I ate to lose 170 pounds. This is a good example of a full day of eating keto for me. I also share a few of my weight loss tips that have helped me to maintain my weight loss.
