My kids are headed back to school in a couple of weeks so I put together some easy keto lunch ideas for school lunches. Even if you don’t have keto kids, it’s nice to have options that are low carb, sugar free or gluten free. These easy keto lunch recipes are put together in a bento box, but you don’t have to use a bento box if you don’t have one. Plastic baggies or other containers can work just fine to hold these low carb school lunch ideas.
