We focus on low rep and heavy with this one to build strength. Go as heavy as you possibly can while maintaining excellent technique✅

Start off with 2 sumo deadlifts, then 2 hike power cleans, followed by 2 front squats and finish it off with 2 push press✅

As soon as you finish, rest 23 minutes. Do 5 sets✅
