Ingredients for 6 p:
wheat flour/ maida 1 cup (250 ml)/165 g.
1/4 tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup (7080 ml) water
for the filling:
40 g moong dal
1 tsp fennel seeds
0,5 tsp chilli flakes or cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp of ginger powder
1/4 tsp of mango powder (optional)
a pinch of hing (asafoetida)
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp water
