The allnew Kia EV9 is a fully electric SUV with six or seven seats and ultramodern styling. It's a great car, but for the same money wouldn't you rather have a Volvo XC90 sevenseater?

An apples to oranges comparison it might be, but with the recently updated Volvo offering up to 40 miles of EV range the theory is that could be enough for many families to do the majority of their driving on electric power.
