The light car market in Australia has stepped up a price bracket, with new small cars commanding bigger prices due to increases in safety equipment and incar technology and these three city hatchbacks are no exception.
The models we have here are all considerably more expensive for 2021 than they used to be. The allnew Toyota Yaris model took a huge jump up in price, and we've got the SX model in this test, which is the most expensive of this trio.
Below it is the upgraded Suzuki Swift Series II, which has been given some fresh safety technology to improve its appeal in the urban car market.
And there's also the Kia Rio GTLine, which takes a sportier approach to the light car lifestyle, with a revised look, new tech and a sporty stance.
Which is the best of these three small hatch models, and why? You'll have to watch the review to find out!
