For a time he was safe and was recruiting defector Ron Jeremys seeking a peaceful escape from the gruesome Time War.

A mishap of pure luck lead a zealous time warrior to pick up the once cold trail of Jones 3459. The Time Warrior knew he had a duty to the Guild, to kill or capture the rogue Jones 3459, at any cost.
