KINCROME Repair & Maintenance: Jaw Replacement for Riveter (CL750)


Step 1:

Ensure you have the required parts

• CL750 riveter
• CL7501 replacement jaw kit
• Blade screwdriver or included hex wrench/Screwdriver


Step 2:

Using the screwdriver or supplied hex tool remove the back screw


Step 3:

Remove the old parts


Step 4:

Insert the new jaws with the point facing the front and the flat sided facing the centre of the barrel

Ensure the two jaws are lined up properly


Step 5:

Insert the jaw pusher


Step 6:

Insert the spring


Step 7:

Rescrew the back screw and check the riveter is working correctly
