King Swamp was a vastly overlooked band that released their fabulous debut album in May, 1989. Led by exShriekback members Dave Allen (bassist) and Steve Halliwell (keyboardist), the band featured Martyn Barker, another exShrieker, on drums, Dominic Miller on guitar (later to join Sting) and Walter Wray on lead vocals.
