1/4 TSP குறைவான அளவு வெந்தயம்
சிறிதளவு கருவேப்பிலை
20 25 சின்ன வெங்காயம்
10 பல் பூண்டு
1 சிறிய தக்காளி
1/2 TSP மிளகாய் தூள்
1/4 TSP மஞ்சள் தூள்
2 Tbsp குழம்பு மிளகாய் தூள்
சுவைக்கேற்ப உப்பு
1 கப் தேங்காய் பால்
சிறிய நெல்லிக்காய் அளவு புளி
1/2 TSP வெல்லம்
தேங்காய் பால் எடுப்பதற்கு:
10 பல் தேங்காய்
1 கப் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து அரைத்து வடிகட்டி எடுக்கவும்..
