→ We work on: Legs and Glutes
→ ⏰ Time: Main routine (20 min) + warmup (7 min) + stretches (6 min)
→ Equipment: A stable chair.

→ 10 exercises of 50 seconds each

→ 9 exercises of 30 seconds each
