Follow
Msk Freak

Finally we will take a look at the posterior side of the knee. We will divide it in 3 areas posteromedial, posterolateral and posterocentral to simplificate. We will talk about the semimembranossus, gastrocnemius medialis, posterior horn of medial meniscos and medial joint line, biceps femoris, lateral gastrocnemius and common peroneal nerve and finally, popliteus and plantaris muscles, popliteal artery and vein and tibial nerve. Once we know the anatomy it will be easier to face this side. I hope this video about posterior side of the knee will help you to understand his area.
