It's been 250 hours of operation since several major maintenance intervals on my beloved little Kobelco SK30UR miniexcavator, so I made a list and got to work. I fairly recently found a copy of the service manual for this machine, so I've finally got some solid guidance direct from the manufacturer on what needs done and how often. I'm at least pretending to try to keep up with it.

On the docket this video: engine oil, coolant, grease, hydraulic oil, air filter, and track tension. I'm also going to look into a few damp spots and a blade pin that doesn't want to take grease. Nothing terribly epic, but I've got a lot of work lined up for this little machine and I want to keep her running well.
