Kokanee are abundant in many lakes and reservoirs throughout the Northwest. These landlock sockeye are the favorite of many a Northwest fisherman because they are great fighting fish for their size and because they are excellent table fair. Bob Loomis spent his youth learning how to catch kokanee at Lake Chelan and other lakes in north central Washington. These earlier experiences launched a 30 plus year career in the fishing industry, and now Bob has returned to put all this knowledge to work. This was Episode 6 of The Northwest Outdoorsmen in 2014.
