When you spend the extra money for a business class seat, especially on a longhaul flight, you want to make sure the extra comfort and amenities are worth the extra expense. In this video I rate Korean Air's Prestige Class, which is Korean Air's business class, including:
Cabin and atmosphere
Flight Service
Food
Amenities
Seat
Booking process and problem solving

The plane was an Airbus A380800 and had two levels.
