Juzushi is a 58yearold longestablished store in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture. After graduating from high school, the general got a job at the heavy sushi restaurant run by his father. The proprietress started helping the shop when the general was 25 years old. Even though there have been many twists and turns up until now, the husband and wife have continued to run the heavy sushi business.


Juzushi's signature menu is special seafood sushi, pickled rice, and other rice bowl dishes. In addition, soup and conger eel are very popular with customers and are very popular!
