I am back with a product review about the KR1 Dirt Scooter from Swagtron for the Holiday Season!
I bought this because living in NYC I needed a swift way to get to the train station to get to work. In NYC "everyone" has some sort of wheels that get you past cabs, buses and scooters to get where you need to get to. I looked at alot of options at different prices and I decided on this dirt scooter. Mostly because I felt that the wheels could be able to take the NYC sidewalks and I was not disappointed. I use to live on the top of a hill about a mile and half away from the train. I use to take the bus but my old neighborhood had gotten so overcrowded that I would see walkers get to the train station before me. As soon as I assembled this scooter the following morning I flew down the hill, coasting, carving and jumping off sidewalks making my commute quick and fun. People prefer the electric scooter and I own one but I didn't want to have to look for a outlet to charge at work and I didn't want to become a target for theft. This dirt scooter helped deter some of my concerns. Overall, I now own two of these dirt scooters and have had them for 2 years and I have been to so many places with them and they are built well, fun and have had to change the inner tubing only once (I woke up one morning and the scooters were in my hallway with both tires popped, jealousy?) I would recommend anyone to buy these Swagtron scooters, I hope you enjoy the videos of how I assembled it and took it for a spin.
