Are you aware that Human consciousness is the energy of creating changes in your body chemistry? Kryon speaks of the placebo effect where you expect to get well and you do. The same thing happens when you expect bad things. What if you expect good things? Your consciousness is the key. What if you expect to live longer? The engine of consciousness is the healer of humanity. That’s what keeps you healthy. That’s the number one way to live longer. You think it and it happens. What do you expect? You are in control of what happens to you and what goes on in your body. You are in control of how fast you can heal. You are in control of so much. Your Engine of Human Consciousness controls what you expect. Your Engine of Human Consciousness controls your health. Consciousness is energy and it is spectacular.
