In this video, we visit the KYLE Railroad in Kansas and Colorado on their former Rock Island mainline, as well as the Missouri & Northern Arkansas Railroad on their former Missouri Pacific White River Route, in search of former Southern Pacific SD45T2 tunnel motors. Along the way, we also captured several former SP SD40M2s on MNA, along with a great variety of EMD motive power on the KYLE. 20cylinder locomotives were found in abundance on these two railroads, with Southern Pacific “speed lettering” still gracing the sides of many units.
