If you are looking to tackle any job on your 4.4 TDV8 (or any other JLR car!) the Land Rover Classic parts is a great resource with really good technical diagrams to help you pin down what you need: https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic....

If you are planning on replacing the oil cooler I'd recommend using a good quality replacement component (same can be said about any job!) the "Genuine Land Rover" part at cost of @£400+ is labeled "Mann + Hummel" so if you can find one of those for a sensible price great. Otherwise there is always Nissens: https://maltings4x4store.co.uk/oilco...

If you are doing this job its worth preparing yourself with the pipe section that goes from the cooler to the EGR as the fastner/seal in the fastner to the oil cooler housing: https://maltings4x4store.co.uk/coolan...
If you don't want to buy the whole component the Oring that is likely to have perished has an ID of 17mm and a cross section of 2.5mm and is available here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141455807142?

The orings needed for the oil feed tube to the rear of the housing are Viton BS611 8.73mm Internal Diameter (ID) x 1.78mm Cross Section (C/S) plenty of suppliers out there I used these guys: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/142614191098

If you are looking for guidance on how to do a certain job there is no better place than the FullFatRR forum: https://www.fullfatrr.com/wiki/Main_Page toward the bottom of that page is links to download the workshop manuals of various year Range Rovers.
