Good afternoon!

Today I want to perform for you a masterpiece by Agustín Barrios Mangoré, a Paraguayan composer, called La Catedral.
In this video I play the first movement of the piece in the minute 3:46, called Prelude Saudade. At the beginning of the video I tell you a little about the history of this work and its composer, how he was inspired to compose it... and I end up interpreting this movement, combining it with videos that I recorded at the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, ​​since it is a building that Antoni Gaudí (Barcelona architect) began to build on a date close to the birth of Barrios Mangoré and that innovates in many aspects as a modernist, although it also conveys that feeling that Barrios wanted to capture in his composition.
