L.A. County’s COVID19 Tenant Protections Resolution's Phase 2 is in effect between June 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022. Phase 2 no longer allows a tenant to deny a landlord access to the rental unit so long as the landlord has a valid reason for entry.

Caution: There may be other restrictions/additional tenant protections in effect, determined by where the rental is located.
