DESCRIPCIÓN
Resumen en castellano de todo lo que sabemos de Khazaddûm, las Mansiones de los Enanos, Hadhodrond en Sindarin, Moria (el Abismo Negro). Estas mansiones fueron fundadas por Durin I el Inmortal bajo las tres montañas: Caradhras (Barazinbar), Celebdil (Zirakzigil) y Fanuidhol (Bundushathûr). Eran famosas por el mithril que allí había. En la Segunda Edad fueron aliados de los Elfos de Eregion y lucharon en la Última Alianza. En la Tercera Edad despertaron a un Balrog que los expulsó, Balin intentó volver pero fue muerto, y al final Gandalf mató al Balrog.
