There are some holes in the face. Not the big, obvious holes. There are holes in the bones that let nerves and blood vessels pass through to reach parts of the face. Let's have a look at this anatomy, in case you ever felt the need to anaesthetise the infraorbital nerve or something. (Remember, this is not medical advice, I teach human anatomy).
