This virtual learning session of the BC Sepsis Network starts off with a discussion about the provincial lactate survey and the ability to meet the BC Sepsis Guidelines for lactate testing for patients with sepsis. It continues with a learning session discussing the relevance, utility and research supporting the use of early lactate measurement in the Emergency Department.
