Lacy Shields joined Missouri Ozarks Community Health in June 2024. She attended Missouri State University in Springfield, where she earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) in May 2024. Lacy is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, solutionfocused therapy, and humanistic therapy with an emphasis on a strengthsbased approach and ecological perspectives. Shields is from the local area and enjoys all the Ozarks has to offer, including kayaking, exploring local trails and being close to family. She also enjoys volunteering and participating in community groups. She is available to see patients in the Gainesville clinic MondayFriday.
