This much soughtafter 3 cabin, Owner's version Lagoon 440 is a proven vessel, which has sailed in Indonesia and the Pacific and was further upgraded by here current owners (since 2019) for further blue water cruising.

This vessel comes with two near new 75Hp Volvo engines (only 70 and 105hrs), a 9kva Generator, and upgrades since 2019 include a full Raymarine Electronics and chart plotters, 1300W solar on a beautiful s/steel transom arch, 800 Ah Lithium batteries, 5KVA Victron Quattro charger/inverter, removal of gas appliances and installation of an Induction hob and Multifunction oven, additional fridge/freezer unit under saloon table, fuel polishing and pumping system, aluminium Oceancraft tender with 20HP outboard, Rocna anchor with a new chain, etc. Etc. Her interior is in a beautiful Beech, with light crème upholstery for a contemporary and homely look. Her saloon is airy and light, with the trademark excellent allround visibility that Lagoons are known for. A comfortable and large L shaped settee with a low table is to port, the navigation station with navigation repeater screens to starboard. The aftfacing galley with practical s/steel tops has lots of counter space and as mentioned above, is now fitted with a Westinghouse induction hob and a Kitchen aid multifunction oven. In the galley and saloon are a fridge, freezer, and dualzone fridge /freezer. A sliding window gives good access to the aft cockpit, which has another drinks fridge.

All her cabins are ensuite, with large hull windows and overhead hatches to ensure ventilation and the feeling of light and space. The beautiful and spacious owners cabin takes over the starboard hull and can be closed off with a sliding door. Aft is the islandstyle double berth, midships a desk, wardrobe, and sofa and up forward the large head with enclosed shower and washing machine. The port aft cabin features a same sized island berth, with good storage, own head, and shower. The port forward cabin features a double berth, with ensuite head and shower, which has an extra door to the passageway.

The flybridge on the 440 has complete allround visibility and Sedna has arguably the best designed and made custom hard top, with sliding hatch for sail trim and access steps to close the mainsail bag. At the helm are a B & G GPS plotter and multifunction displays, with the allimportant mainsheet winch at arm's length. All other winches and rope jammers are within easy reach too. Stainless steel guard rails installed on the coachroof make for safe access to the mast and custom canoe /sup storage. She has a full batten mainsail, furling jib and for downwind performance a gennaker with removable furler, and a MPS in a sock.

This owner version Lagoon 440 has been continuously upgraded by her current and previous owners, with plans for extended bluewater cruising. She has just had her hulls polished, antifouled and propspeed applied, new anodes and all seacocks checked/replaced as required. This vessel is an affordable bluewater cruising catamaran, available now and awaiting her next adventure.
