Ingredients for 50kg Meat:
Calf Meat Big Pieces 50kg
Ghee 10kg
Onion 250gms
Tail Fat 1kg
Salt 1/2kg
Orange Juice of 5 oranges with 5 ltrs of water
Potatoes 10kg

Recipe for 5kg Meat:
Calf Meat Big Pieces 5kg
Ghee 1kg
Onion 25gms
Tail Fat 100gms
Salt 50gms
Orange Juice of 1/2 orange with 500ml of water
Potatoes 1kg
