Land Surface Temperature or LST is a measurement of how hot the land is to the touch. It differs from air temperature because land heats and cools more quickly than air.
LST is an essential environmental parameter that has several uses in meteorology, climatology, agriculture, urban planning, and environmental monitoring. Remote sensing instruments, such as thermal infrared sensors aboard satellites, provide the means to capture LST data on a global scale.

In this video, LST is calculated in ArcGIS raster calculator from Landsat 8 & 9 in the simplest way.
