Landscape drawing in charcoal. A farm track in Cornwall that I will revisit many times over the next year as I work on a new series of landscape work.

For this studio drawing on Arches Aquarelle hot pressed paper, I used willow charcoal, compressed charcoal pencil, Nitram charcoal stick, putty rubbers and blending stumps. For the first time on a charcoal drawing I used some masking fluid to protect an area of paper I wanted fairly white.
