Happy Friday! I'm so glad you could join me today! In this video I demonstrate a landscape painting in oils. This painting was from two photographs that I took while I was in Ireland last week. I wanted to show how you can take two images and work them together into a composition that can work. The first half of this video focuses on the arrangement and value placement. After that I share more about mixing colors, capturing atmosphere and developing water. I had a great time with these boats and hope you enjoy the video!
