Ingredients:
1. Full cream milk : 1 litre
2. Vinegar : 2 tbsp
3. Water : 2 tbsp
Add vinegar and water solution in milk and make chhena.
Then add the below:
4. Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
5. Maida(all purpose flour) : 2 tbsp
6. Corn flour : 2 tsp
7. Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
Making the sugar syrup:
8. Sugar : 2 cups
9. Water : 1 and 1/2 same cup of sugar
10. Black cardamom : 1/2 for sugar syrup
Add other 1/2 black cardamom powder in chhena, mix it, shape the langchas.
11. Refined oil : To dip fry the langcha till golden brown. Dip them in sugar syrup, boil them for 1 minute with high flame, then boil them covered with low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, turn them, keep for 1 and 1/2 hour. Your Langcha is ready.
