Back in July 2019, I flew on one of Canadian North's Boeing 737200s, CGOPW, for the last time on a day trip between Edmonton and Yellowknife with some good friends of mine.

In honour of OPW's recent retirement from Canadian North, I wanted to share this takeoff footage, which has some of the best JT8D engine sounds I've ever heard, not to mention a pretty long takeoff roll!

Enjoy the sights and sounds of this 737200, making a late rotation off of runway 16 at YZF, on a particularly muggy day!
